Key Information

Drop off 8:40am at the Sunbeams & Rainbows gate , pick up 3:15pm from outside the classroom on the playground.
Children will need wellies for Forest School that are kept in school.
Please write your child's name on all of their clothes and belongings. (shoes/coats/cardigans/sweatshirts/bags etc.) Please remember that we have 30 children, all in the same uniform!
Long hair should be tied back everyday and jewellery should not be worn.
PE day - Friday
Communication - Class Dojo/messages on the gate at drop off or pick up/phone the school office on 01634 843843

Reading & Homework

Zippy cases should come to school on a Tuesday and will come back home on a Wednesday. Children should read at least 3 times a week at home. Please write a comment in your child's yellow reading record every time they read.

Homework books will be inside zippy cases. They should come into school on a Tuesday and will come back home on a Wednesday. Homework will be familiar to the children as it will relate to the theme of the week.

Religion and World Views in the Early Years.

In Term 6 we will looking closely at the question ..'Which places are special and why?'

Reception Baseline Assessment During the first 6 weeks of primary school each child will undergo a 20 minute assessment around communication and literacy and maths.
